和美资本成立于2010年4月，注册资本1000万元人民币，2014年在中国证券投资基金业协会登记备案为私募基金管理人并在2018年成为

协会会员，也是深圳市投资基金同业公会会员以及深圳市私募基金协会第二届理事会理事单位。公司拥有完善的投资研究支持、投资决策流程、

风险管理及运营系统。公司核心管理团队均毕业于国内外知名高校，来自国内大型基金管理公司及证券公司。董事会成员均具有近20年的投资管理
